A complete reimagining of a 1980s spec house. The original split-level floor plates were unified onto three levels, with a glassy stairwell providing large, open floor plans and plentiful natural lighting to the core of the home. The garage and driveway were moved to the back, repurposing an existing city access easement. Large decks connected to the main living area and master bedroom provide territorial views and exterior spaces protected year round from the weather.
